WELCOME to the third of our online webchats.
In the run-up to the local elections on Thursday, we are hosting a series of webchats in which you will be able to put questions to a member of each of the political parties and independents.
Today, Labour candidate Mark Dempsey, who is standing in Parks ward, is online from midday for an hour or so to answer any questions you may have.
Among the issues that Labour are campaigning for in the local elections are producing a sustainable transport vision for the town, ensuring that 40 per cent of new developments are afforable housing and providing half fare travel for children on the town's buses.
So if you wish to discuss these issues, or others, please post your comments and questions below and Mark will answer them.
